My complaint:
Dear customer service, (flight FR666, dated 13th december 2019)
I was booked on a flight from Dublin to Birmingham scheduled to depart from Dublin at 18:15. It is 23:26 and I am still waiting at the airport. A few minutes back there was an announcement that the ryan air plane will be arriving in Dublin in an hour , then boarding will begin. This means boarding will begin around 00:20. Last Friday as well, this very flight which departs from Dublin at 18:30 was late. With great disappointment, I have to ensure I make every possible effort nit to book flight with airline again. It was pathetic to see that message from them saying you can use 4 euro icoupon for snacks. If you have ever cared for customers, you could have at least offered a dinner tonight to tu these customers who were waiting to go home stuck at the airport for last 6 hours.

Suggested solution:
Please refund 500 euros as a minimum amount to every customer. This won't compensate for the time lost for all those customers but at least provide them some solace who couldn't be in time on their wife's , son's, daughter's, parent's birthday . Who couldn't have their dinner. Who couldn't be with their ailing parent in time. Who missed an important family event on a Friday. Totally unacceptable.
