My complaint:

I had a win online with true blue casino of $8000. When I checked my account the withdrawal amount was $8000 with zero balance in bonus and zero balance in play through. I could only withdraw $2500 at a time so I made 3 requests at $2500 and one at $500. They state it takes 7-10 business days to approve and then 7-10 business days to send. After some wait and alot of unanswered calls I finally received my first installment minus $375 for bonus I owed???? Anyway the very next day 190319 the second installment was approved and I assumed it would then take 7-10 days to send……this is not the case and it still has not been sent. No answer to my calls and when I can get a chat happening I am told it will happen in a few days and still hasn’t. I think a month from this last approval is long enough to wait. That said they only approved $2125 not the full amount again. I have transcripts of most if not all of my chats with their online support. Can u help me.

I just want the payments made as they were won fair and square and that\'s it.
