My complaint:
I bought xbox1x two years ago and since my box does not work properly! I can start games but the system wont let me save games…. I keep having to play from the start over and over … i.e. the machine is useless!!!!!! Microsoft charges me fees to play … look up my records they owe me for last year and this years charges plus WTF ever I lost time wasted. I know 100 ways to play skyrim and fallout 4 for the first 10 lvls! help me !!!!!
Suggested solution:
Fix the mtf or send me a new one or ill switch to playstation and never do Microsoft again!!!!!!!!!!~
