My complaint:
I purchased an Amana electric dryer ( standard) from Best Buy two years ago.
12-15- 2017. The motor has already burned out. There was only myself and wife using it. How sad is that. My warranty was for only one year. Don’t buy this product. What a piece of junk.
Suggested solution:
For the company to supply me with a new one. My wife passed away October of this year. I don't have the money to buy a new one.
I put my trust and confidence into this company. It’s sad this Amana dryer burned out in two years, after general use. Three hundred dollars for a dryer may not seem much to some people but it is when you’re living paycheck to paycheck. I’m praying the company will help me out. My 270-847-6694. Can someone help me ?
