My complaint:
I looked online to find a hotel or motel in Terre Haute Indiana and because it was a Wyndham Hotel I stayed at the Days Inn Suites in Terre Haute and while I was laying in bed a Mouse came right up on the dresser where the phone was and just looked at me and my husband it was less than two foot away from my face I jumped up my husband jumped up we got all of our stuff out of the room and when he went down to the office to complain all she could do was change ius rooms it was already in the middle of the night we move to an upstairs room we spent the night woke up the next morning and a mouse ran ran out from under the dresser my husband killed it I have that picture of the mouse laying on the floor in the motel and when he went down to complain all the guy could do was let us have the room for 40 bucks instead of the 51 or 44 that we was going to be paying for it anyway I only stayed there because it was a Wyndham Hotel and then pay for the room I think that Wyndham should do something about it because it’s their name that made us choose the hotel in the first place
Suggested solution:
I think Wyndham should be responsible because if it wasn't for them I would not have stayed at the Days Inn Suites I think that they should make it up to us by giving us complimentary nights at a better motel that they have to make up for our Nightmare stay at the Days Inn Suites by Wyndham
