My complaint:
My daughter did not have a passport but flew AerLingus Dublin to UK as she had student photo ID. She was not allowed back to her home country as Ryanair apparently have a different policy to all the other airlines and insist on a pass so they were,happy for her to be left in the UK.
Suggested solution:
You should not be allowed to book a flight without passport info if you must have one to travel.
