My complaint:
Got a Hurrycane as a gift from granddaughter, 3 times it fell apart,once I was going down a stairway and a man grabbed me from falling, called them rudely spoken to, emailed no response, mailed a letter no response, called again for address to return it told bring it where I bought it, told her it was a gift she said we do not give out our address for returns. I told her unlawful not to have an address, asked to speak to a super, held 10 min no one came. Tried to leave a review, said it did not meet their standards. I am so angry because this is a made In USA product and is is NG
