My complaint:
I took My moms car to put gas in it for her and win I pulled in to parking lot the car came to a stop with a loud bang from underneath the car I got out looked an thier was oil an trans fluid everywhere in the parking lot and a mounded up spot off concrete with a steal. Lid on it to fill up the pumps main gas tank it stick up 7 to 8 inches well it busted the oil an trans pan on the car the owner came out an said hey man that’s not my problem its fuel city problem without loosing my temper I just pulled to side of the store called for a tow an had the car repaired I think this is not right there should not be sumthin like that in parking lot not marked no protection not anything I paid little over $500 for repairs out of my pocket for Somthing I think an fill like isn’t my fault ?????

Would like to speak with owner or someone from fuel city about this I\'m not looking to sue or for $ but fill like sumthin should be done about this before it happens again or even worse
