My complaint:
This is my third COMPLAINT in 3 years,viewing first hand how your HANDLERS
Miss Handle our Luggage and Others is nothing short of Horrendous,if I express
how I really feel it would not be POLITE, these handlers who are obviously not
supervised do what they want with out any ramifications.
Suggested solution:
Put a stop to this unacceptable behaviour, if these Handlers treated the baggage as their own,this problem would disappear over night, I look forward to
your feed back.
