My complaint:
I placed a order 344 and when I pulled up to the store I followed orders as instructed I checked in and put my hazard lights on. My order was ready and it took a additional 15 minutes to get my order after it was ready and I had to get out of the car and say something and then they left off dipping cups for my food and I paid extra for one of them. Very disappointed.
Suggested solution:
A free pizza or meal or something half off a order maybe.
