My complaint:
A recently reviewed enterprise Rent-A-Car with one star because I had a terrible experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 75th Ave. and cactus in Peoria Arizona I don’t have a reservation number because I was hit by another car and their insurance made all the arrangements I was asked to put down a $50 deposit for gas so I gave them my debit card number specifically for the deposit I noticed before I turn in the car that somebody had put a crinkle in the passenger door the only place I ever go is work I work 70 hours a week do you have a place to live and food for my family I was contacted the next day by one of your representatives and he asked me to call my insurance company while working 70 hours a week they’re usually closed by the time I get home so however many days later I went to purchase something to drink at work And my card was declined and I knew had just gotten paid because I had to pay rent the next day I looked in my bank and enterprise stole $650 from my account and they were trying to get another $175 but I Was able to stop it. Your company absolutely did not have permission to use my debit card for anything other than the $50 deposit I received no phone call after that no paperwork indicating that money would be taken out of my account no conversation or communication about it therefore it is theft as I said before I work 70 hours a week just to have a place to live and feed my family and companies like yours take advantage of hard-working single mothers I did try to call enterprise after that happened but the guy that left me a message was not there enterprise could’ve had the decency to communicate with me and figure out how I could pay for the crinkle in the door but no my money was stolen out of my account period! I was not able to make my rent payment I had no money for groceries and no money for gas to get back-and-forth to work therefore I will tell anybody and everybody I come in contact with to never rent from enterprise!
