My complaint:
I was diasnossis with mental illnes in the past to cover up for medical neglegence,by doctors at county hospital,
Doctor Mc-neill wrote folsiied clinical notes and when i comromted him he treath to kill me with an injection if i tell somme one.

I want an investigation so justice can be done.
