My complaint:
Reading the current situation about all the cancelled flights doesn’t surprise me. I actually hope that the Airline goes bust. I used them 15 years ago for the first and last time. I was humiliated in front of everyone at Dublin Airport as well as being swore at. I was then forced to pay an additional 110 Euros. I always said that I would rather swim across the Irish Sea than fly with that bag of crap. How do they still exist? Because people keep using them. Hopefully this might waken people up.
