My complaint:
When I walked into the store on 916 2020 at 8:30 AM i noticed a cashier with a mask on, but not covering her nose. I approached and ask her to cover her nose. She just stared at me and did nothing. This time I told her to cover her nose or I would request a supervisor. She once again just stared at me and did nothing. I had another of the young ladies call for the store manager. When I explained what had happened he said OK and he would take care of it, and started to walk away. At that point I told him he needed to correct the problem then, or I would have to report his inactions. It appears as if he had no intentions of doing anything until I made it clear he needed to correct the problem then.
Suggested solution:
Because the cashier failed to cover her nose, possibly exposing myself (I am 70 years old) and others to the virus, and failed to acknowledge my request, not once but twice, then had to be told by the store manager to cover her nose, dismissal may be in order. And the store manager needs training in Public relations.
