My complaint:
While ordering online I have coupons that I earned through my work at the hospital. I have applied them to the orders and they didn’t reflect in the final payment (made me pay in full). One being worth 10 dollars and another being 5 dollars. When trying to use the coupon again it says that I cannot even though I know I didn’t use it.
Suggested solution:
Would like compensated for my lose of coupons. I earned them through work and was even taxed in my pay stubs so I would like to either be compensated or offers the value in food.
