My complaint:
I ordered a pizza and chicken wings I told them that I was going to pick it up, when my father goes 55 minutes later to pick it up, it turns out that they gave the order to another person and with a tremendous storm that was falling, I follow him. They can make a free delivery for not paying attention to what they do to what they refused. You know what it’s like to wait an hour and 10 minutes because if you order food it’s supposed to be because you’re hungry. There are several things that I let them pass but that is enough. YOU HAVE TO TAKE A Notes about this matter and customer service
Suggested solution:
being more careful and asking for the proper information before delivering an order... and the proof if you record de calls you can find it. Or check the cameras or whatever
