My complaint:
Every time I use green. There’s always an issue it seems a different one every time this is ridiculous I stopped using green. Before I don’t have this problem with any of my other cards there’s High fees they also tells you your card is invalid when you try to use it and there’s money on it I’ve only used it one time before charges to too high of fees and i definitely don’t pay those high of fees on any other card I have but it seems every time I try to get a GreenDot card and use it there’s always some sort of issue customer service is never any help and they don’t listen very well when you’re trying to explain they over talk to you and are very rude and I’m helpful I would not suggest this to anybody and I’m going to tell everybody I know and the Better Business Bureau I’m tired of it being like this and nothing being done to help the customer
Suggested solution:
Not charged so high of fees for one realize tgat not everyone uses online account services so it shouldnt be required as was said to me customer service be more helpful and productive in mindful when they should be listening to the customer
