My complaint:
I tried to purchase a sim only deal on line for £11.00 a month for 12 months,they would then give you back £30.00 after you sign up,I have a credit check on Experian of 977out of 999,I was going to have a Vodafone sim I could use abroad,I have already got a sim from carphone warehouse at the moment with ID,no problem,I checked with Vodafone head office,there credit dep says they have not done a check on me,it’s something carphone do inhouse,so I contacted them again ,they say they pass the credit check to Vodafone so why was I turned down,
Suggested solution:
I need a Vodafone sim for use abroad as they do global and it\'s cheaper to phone home
