My complaint:
My husband is an 81 year old disabled veteran and All- Star highschool football player. He has trouble reading the subtitles but has always enjoyed the commentary. But guess what, he is an American and speaks ENGLISH. So his frustration level is pretty high right now. We will be turning the game off.
Suggested solution:
Provide two channels - one for english and one for spanish or go back to english which is the chosen language for this country.
Chances are that only spanish speaking people in this country are interest ed more in soccer than our football. I can't imagine what market you are trying to reach.
