My complaint:
They are representing a fraudulent company that tells you that you’re ordering a subscription for a trial basis for $39.00. I received an from my bank and that company charge me $189 they put a hold on it. And then they charge me another $189
Two years ago it was disputed and the Collection company that was collecting the charges dropped that company. The products were return to the company unopened and now they’re trying to reopen this case. And now they’re threatening to reported to the credit bureau which is ridiculous.
Suggested solution:
They should drop this case because they’re representing a company that is committing fraud.
They get you to subscribe for a trial for $39 and end up charging your credit card $189 .00
They were advertising on Facebook and I don’t remember the name of the company. But within one week they stopped the advertising campaign.
And not reported to the credit bureau because their product was returned to them unopened.
