My complaint:
I have ordered from this store multiple times but the last three times, my pizza has been delivered stone cold. It’s unappealing and disgusting. I called the store today and asked to speak to the manager so I could provide feedback. I was hung up on three times, with the final time the person who answered arguing with me telling me the pizza is cold because the store is far from my house, and then hung up on me. If the store is far, then why is it in my delivery zone?
Suggested solution:
1) refund three orders $60
2) re-educated the store employees (Apparently they don’t know it’s not good customer service to yell at the customer, lie, and then hang up the phone three times )
3) if the store is indeed too far for delivery; readjust delivery rangezone
