My complaint:
Numerous cigarettes not sealed at the butt,
An loosely packed does not burn for more than a few seconds
Suggested solution:
Would like to be compensated for the hundreds of dollars spent on this certain Brand of cigarettes. An hopefully the can resolve the problem because they are a great smoke
