My complaint:
I buy jps real red superking everyday and your smokes are getting worse your prices go up but you can’t get a decent draw they keep going out bashed packet tips missing rediculos there deer enough without this. I would change but to deer to buy another brand and u don’t like them.
Suggested solution:
Complimentary cartons free. Would be good start.
