My complaint:

We booked a flight from Stansted to Belfast International for 2 adults – we paid for 2 check in baggage, priority and fast track including two carry on bags. When we got to the airport, we were very bluntly told at the Ryan Air desk that we did not pay for 2 check in bags. I showed them my email which clearly states that 2 check in baggage was included along with fast track, priority and 2 cabin bags. The girl at the desk was quite rude and not very helpful – she dismissed my proof in the email and sent me to the customer service desk where we experienced the same attitude and we were demanded to pay a further 40 pounds each, a total of 80 pounds. We had no choice but to pay. We travelled from Australia to London to Belfast, then Dublin to Paris and back to Australia. The only problem in our travel was Ryan Air. I am very disappointed and would like Ryan Air to refund our 80pounds this matter settled.

Suggested solution:

We would like a refund of 80 pounds and an apology from Ryan Air.
