My complaint:
I was forced to pay a copay before being seen by a doctor or nurse. I was told my copay would be refunded to me once American Family Care was paid by Humana. I was seen for a Wellness Check a flu vaccine – each has no copay. It has been 3 months after numerous phone calls to Humana American Family Care billing I still have not been refunded my $15 copay.
Suggested solution:
I want refunded $15 as shown by my Humana insurance that I have no responsibility to pay for a Wellness Check nor a flu vaccine.
