My complaint:
We were booked for nitro circus on the 24th and our seat were at the edge of the stadium looking onwards to the ramps but before we arrived we had an email from ticket master had changed our seats we get there the seat are too the side and there was a big metal bar for the lights right in the way and was also a bad angle to watch everything going on I even missed some things because we were sat at the side and could only watch one side or the other at a time
Suggested solution:
I think that the seats should not have been changed as we picked those for a reason and ruined the whole night for me and my girlfriend ideally I would like a full refund of the ticket costs as those were not the tickets I ordered
