My complaint:

On December 24th 2018 at around 8:30am inside the Chapel were we eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and have church services, casemanager Michael Castanella sought out to antagonize me with insults about touching the coats and clothes stuff that him and the other casemanagers were giving out as Christmas gifts to us clients at the Rescue Mission. I don’t know why he was picking on me, but he seemed to enjoy it, I believe he had some grudge against me that I was unaware of, until it reared its ugly head this morning. Mr.Castanella seemed like he was very motivated and eager to pick on me for nothing, so he could write me up. He said things like, I’ll write you up and you ain’t going to go nowhere! I was visibly upset that he was bothering me for nothing and he did it on purpose. I was told by my own casemanager to leave it alone and go on, which I did. This is why I am writing this, because I did nothing wrong and was jabbed at for nothing by this casemanager Michael Castanella. I am still looking for a way to resolve this.

Suggested solution:

My desired solution is for Casemanager Michael Castanella to be confronted by his negative unjustly wrongful behavior towards me, because it wasn\'t right what he did....
