My complaint:
my LG dry has been leaking on the Steam cycle for over a year !!!!! 5 (FIVE) different service guys have not been able to fix it! Everything has been diagnosed and replace on the dryer from the door to the steam nozzle and it still leaks!!!! The last LG technician could not find the problem so he contacted someone over the phone which had been done every time a technician came out but this time they blame it on the vent so they do not have to deal with my dryer anymore. The vents are cleaned every month! Sick and tired of this and excuses!
