My complaint:
I called for a prescription refill and she told me that I already had it which is the office manager and I said I don’t have it she argued with me stating yes you do and I asked to speak to somebody higher she hung up in my face so I called back and the billing manager answered and she also argued with me saying what the officer manager said to me when she didn’t then I asked for somebody higher and she hung up in my face also they have very poor customer service skills and was treated like I was a customer and my mother usually takes my child and I don’t know if his prescription is at the pharmacy I have to call it in because my mom takes him to his appointment she offended me telling me that I do have when I don’t it’s at the pharmacy and that’s all she had to say cause on the prescription it says know prescription refill
Suggested solution:
I think that this needs to be handled accordingly and that they both need to apologize and they don’t need people like that working that company dealing with kids
