My complaint:
purchased 2 bags of vitners chips at jewel Osco on 87th and the dyan ryan in Chicago that was on sale 2 for 5 dollars, the sea salt and vinergar flavor. when I opened them most of the chips were in pieces and most were burnt.
Suggested solution:
would like to get a refund or be given chips that are not burnt and in pieces
