My complaint:
I have brought jps player superkings for years now,but recently on numerous occasions I open the packet to the lid falling to bits,as they are so expensive I don’t expect to half my cigarettes falling out in bag,sometimes getting snapped.esp as they are nearly 10.00 a packet. You need to check your productivity on this,as if it keeps happening I will change brands and warn friends too as I said there too expensive to snap them,or crush them and having to fix if poss or throw away. Regards frustrated consumer
