My complaint:
I have received the Julius-K9 dog harness this morning.
The plastic fastenings were all smashed and broken
This has caused great distresses to myself bringing on my anxiety
Suggested solution:
I would like a replacement Julius-K9 harness in blue.
Also another Julius-K9 harness in blue
For all the emotional distresses caused
