My complaint:
We as a parish doing religious education for our kids choose Zoom for the breakout room feature- we have the PRO account and want to have reoccurring meetings with preset reoccurring groups and when we get to the place of hitting the breakout room button, the people do not go to their rooms and they have to be manually placed there – while the session is going on.
Not to mention that zoom support is basically only via videos.

Have a tech prove that we are wrong! That would be awesome.
