My complaint:
I made a deposit into my account and later they tell me my account is blocked so I should upload my ID for verification.
I have tried to upload my ID the whole day and they keep telling me to upload a better photo.
Suggested solution:
I want them to upload it because I need my money now
I’ve been dealing with almost this exact situation for over a year now. They keep charging my account the monthly fees but yet I’m unable to access the funds on my card. I’ve submitted all the items they’ve requested two different times and now when I call they say I need to call and speak to the IRS refund department. My money on card have absolutely NOTHING to do with income taxes.
