My complaint:
My account is locked, I have tried uploading my identification serval times with no luck, I have tried calling to speak to someone about resolving the issue but no one will give me a straight answer. I want to have my account unlocked so I can access my funds
Suggested solution:
Unblock my account and give me access to my funds
