My complaint:
I work at the Hastings store and my mom was visiting from Tennessee. I wanted to get her pizza since I was unable to take her for food because of my work schedule. I put the order in paid for it. The managers on duty refused to make it. Cleared the board and waited for the next order. When I asked about it after 20 minutes. I was told not to talk back and do my job.
Suggested solution:
They need a new management team at that store.
