My complaint:
I signed up for Lyft this year maybe around April or May n consented to a background check then. While driving for Lyft I noticed it said I had three vehicles on my app when I just started driving for them and only had one. I saw an about a background check but was never notified and checkr hasn’t given me that copy. This is after Lyft worker in greetreen lied about it not being done. Now it’s been ed it was done and again Lyft did another background check on me with no consent and fir a continuous check you have to know you are enrolled in it but with consent and Lyft violated my rights by doing illegal checks on me, then the s say welcome to Lyft with information for a car rental appointment and I know that’s my neighbors hacking and they are getting help from that Greentree office. I asked fir information about arbitration and being ignored. No wonder I’m getting calls from lawyers about car accidents as well as other information. They are stealing my identity, the police was going to ignore the identity theft complaint abd I see why. I haven’t been in no accident accept in 2016. Uber is also running these ILLEGAL checks on me and made it look like I still drove for them and lied. I’m tired of it and I need help. These people have put my life in danger as well as police. I was compensated for this ongoing theft, harassment and hardship thru caused me!
Suggested solution:
I want compensated. They should of investigated this instead of ignoring it. I feel I should have a free vehicle for a period of time free of charge as well.
