My complaint:
I made an atm withdrawal at Chase bank, located At 2065 2nd ave. NY NY 10029 for $400 On Saturday September 5 at around 4:00pm. I Was charged a total of $405 the fee for chase and the fee from Cash app. The money was not dispensed nor was a receipt but it was deducted from my account. Was given a number on google for cash app. They in turn made another account and took another $99 from my account. When I tried to call the number back it was disconnected. I have not been able to speak to or contact a representative for Cash app. I in turner reported that my card needed to be cancelled via the cash app application on my phone which also shows said deductions.
Suggested solution:
I would like to the money that was stolen to be refunded immediately
