My complaint:
On June 17 I received a letter stating I was denied the number of catheters I need. I began working on this at that time, Not really my job. On July the 12th, after getting all the paperwork I was told they needed I was told that they would not look at it for 90 days and until that time I would receive 180 a month. I use 600 a month. To make it through the month I will have to wash them. They will no longer be sterile. I will have a large risk of infection to the last kidney I have left. My only option is a peer-to-peer review which might get me nothing.
Suggested solution:
I need my 600 catheters. This situation with my need will not change. I have been using catheters over 20 years and this amount for at least 2.
