My complaint:
I bought 500 dollars worth of thier gift cards and they are all invalid I called to talk to someone from their company and the repesenitive told me I could get a refund for all the cards but I would have to go to the Dollar General store near me and put 500.00 dollars on a card I buy there and give him my back account info and I would get 1000 dollars that’s the only option I have to get my money back my name is Emma Hilton
Suggested solution:
I want my money back or if they can replace the 500.00 dollars worth of valid gift cards I will except them I just want to solve this matter I bought the gift cards here in Tennessee at Walgreens in Jonesborough TN
