My complaint:
One of there financhial advisors called me after a coustomer service Rep gave me over draft protection. Stating i cant have over draft protection because they put fraud on my account because i filed for a loan online in didnt know that know the guy was fake how do i suppose to know that then she accused me of knowing after ive been with u guys avyear if someone once to take from u guys it will be done farly fast in there ver unprofessional they told me to make a police report one department then the next department dont even know i did it i dint like being accussed in then question about something i took legal action on in wasted a whole day from work doing other banks trust there coustomers investigate in get on with life if they see that person was honest they should have did better it was really bad because we actually went back in forth for 10 mins.
Suggested solution:
I think they need to be investigated on how they treat in talk to there coustomers its so unperfessional something needs to be done about it...they need to be recorded someone needs to visit the branch the manager in supervisors shadow there work in dont tell them whats going get some in sight on how there doing things.
