My complaint:
I have an account with them and its been months now, they just locked my account and keep asking me to come to visit the bank, and the COVID-19 is outside.
Suggested solution:
I want them to unlock my bank account with them and I want to have access to my bank account and my money inside my account as well...am an old woman .. I want them to unlock my bank account because I have called them many times without number on the phone
