My complaint:
I was told that i could continue to play on their casino having multiple accounts but that i could not receive bonuses. When i won 0.03 btc they closed my account and confiscated the winnings for breaching the terms and conditions by having multiple accounts. if they really cared about abiding by the rules i would not of been able to deposit i believe their is rules and regulations casinos must abide by to protect both the casino and the player, and they broke these by misleading me as i did not have an equal chance to win or lose becaue of this,. when i attempted to send them the screen cap of when they told me this they refused to listen they then told me that my account had been closed because i gave false information i logged in via my google account, i did not enter my name etc, on my google account my name is not my own as for personal reasons for my privacy when they sent me an email requesting verification i realized the name on my 7 bit account was the name on my google account i thought i was just logging in, you usually have to enter your name in yourself when you want to plau a specific game so when i realized this i abided by their terms and conditions and immediately told them this and asked what to do they told me to just continue with the verification so i did even though its bitcoin, you dont have to give verification for it on bitcoin casinos. when i did, they closed my account and confiscated my winnings i think this was unfair, not to mention they breached their terms and conditions, they were misleading which caused me to depost a far bit of money on both accounts i was playing on and letting me deposit was breaching their own terms and conditions i
Suggested solution:
i would like all the money ive deposited onto 7bit casino refunded as they told me i could continue to play but that was a breach of their terms and conditions so therefore they breached their terms and condions by letting me deposit so they should refunded as my money was confiscated if they are to follow their own terms and conditions
