My complaint:

The store no longer has aisles that allow for wheelchair andor scooter, even those provided by the market, to turn corners or allow for virus 6’ distances. They have provided wooden crates at their corners in the aisles, sometimes you need to search out a passable aisle because the one you wish to use is too crowded even for a walker.

Outside, u can’t go on the concrete walkway because they have too many tables and empty chairs in the way, forcing one to go in the driveway with cars backing up and who often do not see you because you are situated lower then a person walking.
On their website they not they are accessible, they are not and complaints to management and clerks fall on deaf ears.

If it wasn’t so hot, i’d Picket the place.

Suggested solution:

Remove those wooden crates out of the aisles and at the end of aisles. Only have items on their shelves. Test out to see if areas are passable by the disabled on a variety of assisted walking devices, from wheelchairs to walkers. Inside and outside.
