Cash App complaint: A user stole from my bank account

My complaint:

I was charged $2,500 by a cashapp user named $dannywayn
The user stole my debit card info to deposit cash in their account
I have contacted The government cyber crimes Unit.

Suggested solution:

Investigate the user and send my money back, press charges against user for theft.
