My complaint:
On April 7th @ 6pm bus4355 @ the Palmdale transportation center the bus pulled up I started to get on when the driver said you can’t get on and I said really? Then she sarcasicly said REALLY! So I said can I ask why? Then she stepped out of the bus and rudely said because it’s my bus and no one is getting on until I’m ready to go! Then she lit up a cigarette right by the front door in front of all the passengers who were waiting to get on one being a small child. So I asked do you have a complaint number? Then she yelled with an angry tone CALL THE AVTA AND you can tell them that I stopped over there to go to restroom TOO! Then she told me Your not getting on this bus I’ll tell you THAT and this is the last bus! Then she let my wife on and I had to walk home to 25th and Rancho vista and I’m 58 years old!
Suggested solution:
I want her disciplined or even fired!
