My complaint:
The rear bottom glass on our vehicle broke while driving. It is still under warranty and we took it back to the dealership ( C C Dodge Toyota) and they said the warranty does not cover it. They claim that Toyota Corp also said it was not covered.
Suggested solution:
I feel that the glass should be covered because it was not hit by anything I believe it is a design problem and or faulty glass. we have purchased our 5th Toyota and we still have our 2007 Highlander. we have never had a complaint until this vehicle.
