My complaint:
Ordered several 18 karat gold chains to hand out as gifts to my friends and family members. Turns out there is no gold in them at all. Try it out one chain, it broke the first day, I repaired it, I wore it golfing and it started tarnishing the next day. I would like to return Ollie’s for a full refund and also reclaim the shipping charges because this was falsely advertised as 18K gold.

I wish to have a full refund for all of these chains that were ordered . I ordered several. I would like The cost of chains and the shipping refunded since this was false advertising on the merchants part.
