My complaint:
Hello i bought 20 John players superkings red cigarettes earlier this evening and I have just freshly opened the packet and I Always count them and there is only 18 in the packet when there should be 20 I am not happy with this. What can you do about it.
Suggested solution:
Would be happy for a new packet to be sent to me or a refund as I know the shop won't take them back.
