My complaint:
It is over a year since we filed our original complaint and we were told several times the refund would be made
The most recent complaint number is
29527490 and the one previous to that was 27502869
The document number is GJ938367 and the ticket numbers are 0452108058381 and

If you check your records we have been told the refund in cash would be credited to our account This never happened and I believe the amount due to us is around $200 US funds
Naturally we would prefer cash but because of Latams financial situation we were promised the amount due to us would be in the form
Of a Travel Voucher
It is a total disgrace that this matter was not taken care of about a year and a half ago
